Time for my 3rd signature tutorial ^^
It's one of my old siggies, so am kinda forgetting some of the effect settings. My bad
Open a canvas, 450 x 150 px.
Put Stock 004 in the canvas. You can resize it or using other part of the stock, just as you like.

Put Lady render
I rendered it by myself. The hair part is very bad but as long as you know how to cover it up, it's not a big problem ^^
Give feather effect: pres ctrl+click on the render box in the Layers palette --> "Select" --> Feather --> 3px-5px. Then "Layer" --> Layer Mask --> Reveal Selection
Give glow effect: Duplicate the render layer --> "Filter" --> Blur --> Gaussian Blur: 4.0 px --> Blending: Soft Light 100%

"Filter" --> Distort --> Glass: 13-15-Frosted-120%
Erase the bad part, especially the part which covering the Lady render
"Filter" --> Distort --> Displace: 15-15-Stretch to Fit-Repeat Edge Pixels
"Filter" --> Distort --> Glass: 13-15-Frosted-120%
Erase the bad part, especially the part which covering the Lady render
Duplicate the Displace-Glass image --> Blending: Exclusion
Put C4D 001 --> Blending: Linear Dodge 50% --> Erase the part which covering the Lady render
Put C4D 002 --> Change the color to blue by pressing ctrl+U -Hue- (dont forget to click the Colorize box) --> Blending: Linear Dodge 100% --> Erase the render part
Put C4D 002 --> Change the color to blue by pressing ctrl+U -Hue- (dont forget to click the Colorize box) --> Blending: Linear Dodge 100% --> Erase the render part
Put Stock 005 --> Change the color to dark blue by pressing ctrl+U -Hue- (dont forget to click the Colorize box) --> Blending: Lighten 60% --> Erase the render part
Put Stock 006 --> Blending: Linear Dodge 70% --> Erase the render part
Add a text. What?! Text in the middle of the tut? Yes, of course. Why not? It gives the best blend... in this case XD
Make the black square with Rectangle Tool (press U) --> Give white stroke effect --> Size: 3 px
'Lady' text: Vivaldi//'Devil May Cry' text: Bernard MT Condensed

Here's the part to make the siggy more... chaotic her3, i mean pretty
Put Fractal 001 --> Blending: Linear Dodge 100% and Fractal 002 --> Blending: Linear Light 60%
Put Fractal 001 --> Blending: Linear Dodge 100% and Fractal 002 --> Blending: Linear Light 60%
Coloration part
Gradient 001 Color 10%
Gradient 002 Soft Light 20%
Gradient 003 Overlay 16%
Photo filter 001 Normal 100%
Result
New layer --> "Image" --> Apply image --> Burn Tool (Press O): Soft Round Brush 65px-Mildtones-25%
Burn the edge part of your signature
Burn the edge part of your signature
Add source lights around the render with Soft Round Brush 100px and 200 px --> Blending: Linear Dodge 100%
New layer --> "Image" --> Apply image
"Filter" --> Sharpen --> Sharpen 40% --> Erase all part of the siggy, except the render and text part
"Filter" --> Sharpen --> Sharpen 40% --> Erase all part of the siggy, except the render and text part
New layer --> "Image" --> Apply image
"Filter" --> Sharpen --> Blur --> Gaussian Blur: 4.0 px --> Blending: Soft Light 40%
"Filter" --> Sharpen --> Blur --> Gaussian Blur: 4.0 px --> Blending: Soft Light 40%
You are done, add a border
